At Art Class Curator, we are on a mission to revolutionize education with the power of life-changing art connections.
Cindy Ingram is on a mission to bring the power of art connections to everyone. Art is one of our most powerful tools for connecting with others across historical and cultural boundaries, but art education rarely ventures outside of making art. When it does, it’s usually into a land of dark rooms, boring lectures, and uninspired museum trips.
Cindy knew there was another way, but could find no resources for educators who wanted their students to experience the spark that comes from connecting with artworks. She decided to use her expertise and passion to create and share resources for deeper, more meaningful art lessons.
In 2014, Cindy brought 20 years of experience in art museums and classrooms to the creation of Art Class Curator. Teachers around the world now use Cindy’s methods to creatively teach art education in support of critical learning skills and lifelong art connections.
Teacher by teacher, student by student, the Art Class Curator approach for engaging pupils with artworks is spreading across the globe, empowering teachers to bridge the gap between art making and art connection, and kindling a passion for art that will transform generations and change the world.
