Where is my download?
You should have received a few emails from us after purchasing an item: a receipt, a download link, and possibly a separate free download. The download link will be active for three days, after which you will have to log in to obtain a fresh link. You can log in here and see your purchases here.
Free downloads should arrive in your inbox within an hour. If you did not receive it, please check your spam folder. If you used a school email for the download, the email may have been caught by the school filter. In this case, you can ask your school IT department to whitelist our site and email (support@artclasscurator.com). Or, you can resubmit your request for the download using a personal email address.
My link is expired.
If you purchased an item from Art Class Curator, you may have created an account with us that will allow you to log in and access past purchases. No one is answering my emails.
Art Class Curator is a small team, but we check our inbox every weekday except national holidays. If you have emailed us from a school email address and have not heard back, our responses are likely getting blocked by the school filter. In which case, you can ask your IT department to whitelist our emails (support@artclasscurator.com). If you still do not hear from us, please try emailing from a personal email address or by messaging us on the Art Class Curator Facebook page.

What grade level is the bundle good for?
With the exception of the five full art appreciation lessons, all of the materials can work for any age. The full lessons are geared toward middle/high school students and would need to be adapted for younger students.
I bought the bundle. Now what?
Great! You should receive two receipts in your email. The first one is from your payment method. The second one is from Art Class Curator and includes a link to download the bundle. The materials are ready-to-go, so explore and decide which one you want to use first! The bundle folders are zipped. If you need help unzipping them, please see the FAQ question below this one.
Note: Sometimes our email receipts get stuck in spam or blocked by school filters. If you have not received the receipt from Art Class Curator within 24 hours, please check your spam folder. If you still don’t see it, contact us directly at support@artclasscurator.com so that we can check for email address typos and send you a direct link if necessary.
How do I download the bundle? / I downloaded the bundle, but can’t open the files.
After you purchase the bundle, you’ll receive an two emails, one for your payment and one from Art Class Curator with your download link. If you haven’t received this email, please see the note in the FAQ question above. If the download link in your email receipt has expired, please see the FAQ question below.
When you click on the download link, the bundle will automatically start to download. Please ensure that you are on the device where you would like to save the files when you click the link. The bundle is in a zip file. The method for unzipping depends on the device you are on. Here are some helpful links:

My download link is expired! / I can’t log in to get access to my purchase.
Download links automatically expire in three days. If you need a fresh link, follow these steps:
- Go to artclasscurator.com/login
- Sign in using the email address and password you created when you purchased the bundle. Click ‘Lost Password?’ if you need a new password.
- Login and go to purchase history where you can download the bundle and your invoice.
Note: If the system does not recognize your email address or it says you have exceeded your download limit, please contact us at support@artclasscurator.com.
