To go along with my post of artworks that use line, I have created a PowerPoint lesson all about line that covers contour, gesture, implied, and expressive lines.
In addition to the PowerPoint, the bundle includes a student activity sheet that students complete as the lesson goes on to practice the content that is covered in the lesson as it goes on. This would be a great introductory lesson for an art project involving line.
This lesson has three artworks that contain nudity. The artworks are: Botticelli’s Birth of Venus, Lacoon Group, and Bernini’s Abduction of Proserpina. You could replace them as needed.
If you are a member of The Art Curator for Kids Resource Library, you can get this resource and all of my other art education lessons and materials for one low monthly fee. Find out more information here.
You can also buy this lesson a la carte through the below links.
